Most of the team (7 participating) ate a big lunch and swigged a lot of water before the first weigh in to give them some advantage. I ate a small lunch and did have a cup of water but I didn't want to go crazy with it. So my afternoon weight (which we all know is more than our morning weight anyway) is 192.5. And.... GO!
8 weeks to go and I'm aiming to lose 20 pounds (2.5/week since they say that's about the most you should lose and still be healthy). C'mon 172!
